This listing is for a very well made Victorian yellow gold plated monogrammed buckle brooch. The initials are VAC or any combination of these. It is quite huge measuring 75mm by 60mm. It is a truly stunning statement jewel that probably commemorated a loved one having black enamel. It us thickly coated in 18ct gold but the silver does show in a couple of small places (on the edges and the pin especially). This is a collectable piece that is from the top drawer and has been so cherished that it remains in excellent condition. This is suitable to be given as a loving gift.
